Overview

Events are content factories first and logistics exercises second. I ran the strategy stack: who the moment is for, what the attendee leaves with, and how the event continues to compound on social long after the venue empties. From intimate convocations to a 30K+ youth summit, the playbook stayed: design the moment, capture the proof, distribute relentlessly.

Turn events into demand and brand moments instead of one-off logistics exercises.

Challenge

Scaling event experience across very different formats: campus placement drives, flagship convocations, and a 30K+ youth summit.

Result

Owned strategy and on-ground execution for Convocation Day (600+ attendees), 10+ IIT campus and placement drives, and the experience zone at Under 25 Summit 2023 as student captain.

The Approach

How the work actually got done.

Design the attendee journey

Mapped pre-event, on-ground, and post-event touchpoints for every format. Intimate convocations and mass summits needed different choreography but the same discipline.

Build for capture

Every event was staged with social capture in mind: shot lists, hero moments, ambient B-roll, and creator coverage planned before the event opened.

Compound the moment online

Connected on-ground moments to social, PR, and email distribution within hours, not weeks. The event was day one; the social tail ran for 30 days after.
